There’s no getting around it, we have sensitive brain chemistry. An optimized health routine can have a major impact on our productivity, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Whether or not you take ADHD medication, the right health routine can greatly improve focus, follow-through, and reduce stress (which is often the main contributor to our ADHD challenges).
During this online workshop, we’ll cover the many aspects of creating an ADHD-friendly health routine. Topics include:
A regular exercise routine can often have a dramatic positive affect on focus, motivation, and follow-through. But, keeping with a consistent routine can be difficult. We’ll explore practical ways to establish and keep with a doable exercise routine tailored for your current physical fitness capabilities.
Studies have shown that the correct diet can greatly improve cognitive abilities for people with ADHD. However, this often can be confusing and overwhelming. We’ll cover a few simple strategies to optimize your diet and make your meal prep and shopping much more streamlined.
Group support, especially when it comes to upgrading your health routine, can make a big difference. You’ll be joined by people from around the world who understand your struggles and unique “wiring.” We’ll also explore which tools can make the biggest difference for creating and keeping with a stable wellness plan.
PRESENTER
Founder of Alive Life Coaching, Michael Joseph Ferguson is the author of the book, The Drummer and the Great Mountain – a Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD/ADHD. He is also the host of the podcast “Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support,” and the creator of a life coaching system designed specifically for adults with ADD/ADHD.
CO-PRESENTER
Co-founder of Alive Life Coaching, Questa Li oversees content creation, and manages all aspects of the coaching practice and workshop offerings. She is also an accomplished yoga instructor and is passionate about the role of nutrition for living a more joyful, vibrant life.
Since the release of the book, The Drummer and the Great Mountain, and the popularity of its companion podcast, the number one piece of feedback we get from our audience is: shifting their diet and increasing exercise has been life changing for many people.
However, getting started and keeping with a different routine than you’re used to can be extremely challenging (and overwhelming). You make some progress, then fall off again. It can be very disheartening.
This workshop aims to give you the necessary support to not only build an ADHD-optimized health routine, but stay with it.
We’ll cover both the practical knowledge necessary to do this, and we’ll also create the group support environment to keep you motivated.
Regardless of your age or physical fitness ability, we’ve got you covered. This workshop is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
It is our honor to share this offering with you.
We hope you can join us!
Michael & Questa.
