Most of us can benefit from setting aside time from our busy schedules to catch our breath, take an overview of our life, and set meaningful, attainable goals.
This workshop provides the opportunity for just that. It offers a practical approach to life visioning and goal setting. It will create the time and focused space for you to map out your intentions and prioritize your next steps.
It’s especially powerful to go through this life visioning process with a community of like-minded peers.
During this online workshop, we will co-create an inspired vision for your upcoming year. Topics include:
We’ll be exploring how to organize your life in terms of “life categories.” From Health, Work, Relationships, to Finances, and Creative Expression, we’ll assess what areas most need focus and distill your intentions into clear, attainable goals.
For many of us, the term “goals” may have negative associations. Because of past disappointments, we may feel reluctant to create new goals. However, learning to set attainable and flexible goals, allows us to celebrate small wins and make real progress.
Prioritization is crucial when approaching goal setting. In this workshop, we’ll support you in assessing which goals are most important to you, and which can be given a lower priority. This will assist you in clarifying which initial actions will encourage momentum and self-confidence.
