The Building Blocks to a More Productive Life

Many of us have struggled with keeping with a time management system. We can get overwhelmed by traditional methods that are not optimized for how our hyper-creative and nonlinear brain works.

This workshop provides a different approach to time management — one that can feel much more intuitive  making your scheduling, tracking action items, and note-taking far more enjoyable and effective.

What We'll Cover

During this online workshop, we’ll cover the many aspects of building and optimizing your time management system. Topics include:

  • Why traditional time management techniques are difficult for us to follow
  • How to approach time management from an ADHD / Neurodivergent perspective
  • Choosing whether digital, paper-based, or a hybrid approach is best for you
  • Note-taking strategies to ensure you easily capture ideas, actions, and scheduled items
  • The importance of knowing when to schedule challenging / mundane tasks
  • and much more!
WhatYoullGet-2

USING DIGITAL AND PAPER

Because we all have our preferences, we will explore how to build a time management system that is exclusively paper-based, digitally based, or a hybrid of the two. This way, you can choose which method works best for you.

UNDERSTANDING THE EMOTIONAL COMPONENTS

One of the biggest (and often least addressed) challenges to building a stable time management system relates to how stress and anxiety can affect our ability to stay on task. We will explore specific methods to process your anxiety before you get lost in distraction.

DAILY AND WEEKLY PLANNING

Daily and weekly planning are essential for consciously creating the life we want. If we don’t plan, we automatically go into reaction. We will discuss a step-by-step approach to planning both your day, as well as your upcoming week to ensure you are more productive and less stressed.

What People Are Saying

"This was an amazing and super helpful workshop!! After trying and failing with gazillions of time management systems over the years, along comes Michael with a truly ADHD-friendly one. It’s only been a week and I’m already feeling calmer, more organized and best of all, I’m getting more done instead of getting mired down in an endless to-do list... Not only was the content excellent, it was also a pleasure to learn from Michael. He presented the information clearly, took the time to answer all our questions and is an empathic listener who obviously understands ADHD from the inside-out. I highly recommend this for anyone with ADHD who has trouble managing their time!."

"This Time Management workshop has transformed my meaning of "time management". Your tools have empowered me to feel much more like an "adult" now, who can time block in my "play time" so my child self is super happy too.."

"Michael you found your calling when you started doing this - mind blowing how perfect you are to provide real and totally applicable tools to help us Hunter-types. I could not have asked for a better more useful experience."
LILA C.
Workshop Participant
"I have listened again to the recordings of the two sessions and have found them incredibly useful. I had a lightbulb moment when you explain how journalling was not about having somewhere to reference your emotional outbursts, but rather a tool to work through whatever you’re currently struggling with and get clear on how to move forward."
ZAHID
Workshop Participant
"Since as far back as I can remember, I've been bombarded with many ideas, created many plans, but haven't always been able to follow them through to completion. The skills I learned in this workshop, without a doubt, were a huge part of solving my life's puzzle. I wish I had found this workshop (and the podcast) earlier in life, but I'm extremely grateful I found it when I did!"
Angiel Stahley
Workshop Participant
"After using the tools I learned in the workshop, as well as the podcast and the book, I feel more at peace than I have in a long time. The information on life visioning, time management, wellness planning and creating a support system have already made a huge difference in my life in just four short weeks!"
